No overnight parking is allowed on the street overnight unless previously approved and only up to 5 nights. No smoking or vaping inside the home - $800 fee. PETS Pets must be proved and prescreened. Additional deposit and fees apply. Under 50 lbs preferred. Must pick up daily after pets. No pets in the pool. No bathing pets in the master bath tub - $600 fee. Clogged drains are charged to Tenant. Clean out the vacuum after you use it and do not allow pet hair to remain overnight in vaccuum. $75 fee.
