The master suite features high ceilings, carpet, jetted tub, glass block walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses, fresh cotton linens, comforter, plenty of pillows, an extra blanket, USB charging bedside light and more!
 
Relax on the covered back patio and enjoy the sunsets at the outdoor dining table, gas BBQ and pathways overlooking the custom stacked rock waterfall, 10-person jetted SPOOL, and beautiful gardens with nearly 4 seasons of fruit trees. Family-friendly community with walk paths, parks, and playgrounds. Attached 2 car garage and driveway parking for 2.
 
We take the health and safety of all our guests seriously. The Humble Haven is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay following CDC guidelines.  Cleaning products and tools are provided so you can clean and sanitize as well.

West Glen features many greenways, walking paths, parks, armadas, a volleyball court, and playgrounds and is just a couple blocks from the Foothills Recreation Center, skateboard park several other community parks.

PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information there that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home.
 
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
 
Quiet Hour begins nightly at 10 PM.   No smoking or vaping inside the home.  Pets by approval and additional fee.  Contact host for full list and details.

RENTAL CRITERIA: **Equal Housing Opportunity** 
 
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
 
Gross monthly income: 3 times rent
 
Rental history: Good (evictions or landlord collections no earlier than 7 yrs.)
 
Good Credit: Minimum score 700
 
Criminal Background:  
 
Per HUD Guidelines, not only must Applicant have acceptable credit history, additionally, all Applicants must meet our Criminal History Criteria. Applicants that are registered sex offenders will be denied. Applicants must have no felony convictions less than 10 years old that involve violent crimes against persons or property, including but not limited to murder, arson, kidnapping, assault, bomb related offenses, robbery or burglary, terrorism OR that involve the manufacturing or distribution of drugs in any manner. All other felony convictions must be more than 5 years old. Conviction of any drug related offenses involving possession only, or alcohol related offenses where no one was permanently injured or killed, must be at least 2 years old. Successful completion of any felony sentence at least 3 years ago and no new criminal activity for at least 3 years before this application is also required. No Applicant with any outstanding warrants or crime that is awaiting trial will be accepted.

If the Applicant would like management to review additional information regarding the felony conviction or the current arrest or warrant as part of their rental application, the Applicant is permitted to submit that information to management along with their application and Management will review that information on a case-by-case basis.
