The 29.43 acre working sand pit (state permit not needed since currently mined area is less than 5 acres) with a nice pond for sand washing. This has been surveyed and over 1.2 Million cubic yards of sand are available + with the pond on site, you can wash it for maximum sand sale wholesale/retail value in uses where washed sand is required, such as a septic system (typically 100 Cu yards/system). Don't want to deal with sand, but like the idea of a private lake? You can sell the sand (as is being done now), let them dig out the area/pond you want, then stop - now you have a nice, custom pond on your property (say 20 acres for example) and a beautiful building site.
