HVAC:  1 ½ ton Bosch water to air geothermal heat pump. Controlled Energy Recovery Ventilation (CERV) system monitors indoor air quality (VOC’s and carbon dioxide as well as humidity and temperature).  As stale or polluted air is removed from the home, heat is exchanged to incoming fresh air with an efficiency of 85-90%.  Indoor air quality is very high.

Insulation:  SIPs and closed cell foam.

Lighting:  High efficiency LED lighting throughout the house.

Thermostat: CERV

Water Heater: Air to water heat pump water heater.

Windows:  Triple pane, fiberglass Alpen Windows (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient 0.42, U-Factor 0.18, Visible Transmittance 55, Condensation Resistance 68)
