This is an all-electric home, solar powered, designed to passive solar standards, using the latest geothermal heat pump technology, and super-insulated with a CERV to maximize indoor air quality. The garage is wired for charging EVs. The first floor is zoned commercial, intended to be a local small business such as coffee shop or barber, with its own street entrance, but seller never took advantage of that.
