It is the best located lot as whenever you approach these other 2 buildings you must drive directly "at" the 1 acre, turning left to the Dollar Tree or right to the medical facility.

Restaurant
The neighboring lot to the north has been developed with an 11,000 sq ft building. Dollar Tree took possession of 9,000 sq ft in December, 2016 and it opened its doors for business in February, 2017. The remaining 2,000 sq ft (the front part, with a drive-thru), has been set aside to rent to a restaurant and is already supplied with gas line if needed. Other high-volume businesses will be considered upon application. Seller will deliver the space in white box condition, but will build out to your specifications if required. Address
The correct address for the Dollar Tree/Restaurant is 684 North Highway 31 E Bypass, Mt Washington, KY 40047. It was issued in mid October 2016, so may not be showing up on your mapping app. The Bullitt County PVA (502- 543-7480) has not yet issued an address for the 1 Acre of Land as it has no structure on it. As soon as construction begins, the PVA will issue an address.
