1. What compelled you to buy THIS house?

It was a right fit for our family as we were relocating to the cities during our transition. We also were expecting our last child, Julia, in October of 2012, so for us it was the perfect size house to get our start and on our feet being new to the area. It needed a lot of work, which I liked at the time because I am handy with fixing things up and I knew it was mainly cosmetic. Right price at the right time!

2. What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes? What can other homes not match?

Where to begin? The layout is attractive, especially since other houses in the area don't have the same or similiar floor plan. The main level office is great for me, the overhaul we did on ALL the closets for added storage space, the size of the yard is one of the largest in the neighborhood. The extra storage shed in the back is useful for storing things in, the double deck is great for hosting events and having backyard gatherings. The yard is big for recreating in. The garage was completely remodeled a couple years ago. 2 brand new bathrooms. Exterior was completely repainted in 2017. New Air conditioner, new furnace in 2016. Located on a quiet Cul de Sac, nice neighbors, nice neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood.

3. What unique activities did you do in this house?

Living room space is great for gathering family to watch movies, open gifts, fireplace in winter time. Kitchen large enough to have whole family gather for meals. Dining area big enough for large parties / gatherings.

4. What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

Walks and bike rides around the neighborhood. Area walking paths are great in winter and summer time for walking.

5. What do people say when they come here to visit you?

We have one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood and they love how we have things laid out. They love the big back yard. They like the garage being finished.
