To the new owners of our home:

Welcome to 6264 Upper 35th Street Court North. The address is a little long, but you’ll get used to it when telling people where you live. This house has got to be one of the best hidden gems in Oakdale, especially when you factor in the neighborhood, spaciousness, and proximity to everything you want. We couldn’t be luckier to be able to live in such a great neighborhood where everyone watches out for one another.

We will miss a number of things about this property when we move. There are raspberries growing along the side of the garage and wine grapes on the back fence. We also planted 2 maple trees in the back yard that will bloom colorfully in the fall time. The front yard has completely new landscaping. You will enjoy the flowering crab tree in the spring, along with blooming perennials that skirt the garage and front area of the house. The backyard and deck provide an oasis of peace and quiet in the spring, summer, and fall time. Because the deck and backyard are large, we have a lot of room to entertain in the summer.

We love this home and hope you do as well. A lot of time and love went into this home! When guests come over they are amazed at all the woodwork and the charming nature of the home. We added new 6 panel doors throughout the house. Most of the trim has been refurbished and every wall in the house has new paint. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The garage has been completely overhauled from top to bottom. Right above the garage is a finished attic which provides plenty of storage space. The shed in back provides additional storage for your seasonal tools and toys.

The maintenance free benefits of this house are huge for us! The heating and cooling system were just replaced in 2016 and we already saw a significant reduction in our monthly utility bill. The exterior was just painted last summer and the drainage system keeps all the water away from the house. Other than mowing, you’ll enjoy not having to worry about anything else around the house.

Something that you can’t tell by looking at our house is that we have amazing neighbors. From the day we moved in they have been welcoming friends. They are always there to help out when you need a hand and enjoy a friendly conversation over an evening bonfire or grill out. Living on a quiet cul de sac provided us plenty of parking for our guests as well as some additional space for our kids to recreate.

As for the location, you’re within a few minutes of everything you need. This house is conveniently positioned 1 mile from 694 and you are within minutes to just about any shopping needs you have.

We love this house, and hope that you create many fond memories in the coming years.
