Welcome to our much loved 3423 24th Ave home. We have spent 9 wonderful years and we are sad to leave such a great block with thoughtful neighbors and sweet kids.

This area in the last 4 years has exploded with young professionals and families with south Minneapolis pride. I constantly see kids and parents smiling and visiting on warm days around the neighborhood.

We have raised two boys and enjoyed taking stroller walks to Sister Sludge Coffee, Mayday Cafe and Northbound Smokehouse. We also have many parks to play at nearby, a farmers market four blocks away and the annual Mayday Parade walking distance away. Commuting to work by bike was a breeze with all the trails available and the greenway 5 minutes away. A short walk to the light rail gets you anywhere in the city!

As far as the things to enjoy at our home, we have kept a successful garden for 8 years. There are also tons of perennial plants and grapevines around the house and boulevard that give the place great crib appeal. Our new fence and paver patio allowed for some privacy as we entertained. The kitchen has a cool vibe and the bathroom fits the date of this house in a fun, updated way. In the basement, there is tons of potential for another living room and possible bedroom. The extra room worked as a guitar repair/wood shop perfectly.
