1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

We fell in love with this house as soon as we saw the open kitchen with the big center island. It is the gathering place for our family!  We also love the original wood flooring!

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

We love the space this home has to offer. We can each have our own individual places without being on top of each other.  The massive mudroom conversion is also something we had never considered, but now cannot imagine living without!

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

This is a fun house for entertaining. The large driveway offers lots of parking, and the hidden backyard with large patio is a great place to watch the sunset while the kids play.

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

New Brighton has a great community feel. We love the local festivities. The community center hosts great classes for both adults and kids (our daughter has been in soccer, swim and dance lessons). There is also an amazing farmer's market here each week. We are extremely close to Long Lake Regional Park with several hiking/biking trails and a nice beach! With a young child we have really enjoyed living right in between Eagles Nest and Inneractive! So lucky to have 2 indoor playgrounds in our neighborhood.

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

Both of our families love the small town feel when they come visit. We can see the city skyline, but we’re tucked away.
