1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

The location.  We loved it.  Close to the city, close to everything, nothing was more than 15 minutes away, minimal commute times, good school system, large mature trees and we loved the charm of the house.  Loved being close to the lakes and all the shopping/dining that goes with it.

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

There isn’t another house that has the charm of with house combined with the updates.  Every room of the house has been remodeled, cleaned up and updated so you can have the best of both worlds: cape cod charm and high end functionality.  It’s also a neighborhood that is tucked away and not very many people know about it.  It’s on a dead-end street so there is very little traffic that comes through.  Very quiet. 

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

We raised a family in this house.  It was perfect through every phase from little kids to teenagers. Our house was the destination house.  We’ve entertained a ton and the back patio was perfect for parties as large as 50 to intimate dinners with just our family.

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

We love riding our bikes on the bike path downtown to the Walker and then having dinner out.  We like being walking distance from the lakes.  We’ve ridden our bikes to all the neighborhood restaurants.  We’ve going paddle boarding and swimming on and in the lakes.  Everything is so close that whether you want to go for a 15-minute walk or ride or venture out for the afternoon there is always a beautiful bike path to hop right out our back door.

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

Beautiful house, incredible location.  Didn’t even know this neighborhood was back here.
