 It's All About The Lifestyle In Regency At The Palisades

 

The Palisades is a 1,500-acre Audubon Gold Standard tree-save community with extensive green spaces and watershed for Lake Wylie. The Palisades is ideally situated on the shores of Lake Wylie, close to numerous recreation and outdoor activities, including swimming, kayaking, canoeing, waterskiing, horseback riding,  hiking, biking, and more. The US National Whitewater Center is about a half hour away, as well.

 

Regency at Palisades is an Active Adult community of 413 homes, built by Toll Brothers, offers low maintenance ranch homes with high-end finishes, outdoor living areas, and wonderful community amenities. Homes were designed for home buyers looking for first-floor owner’s suites and open floorplans. While geared for the active adult, this is not an age-restricted community.

 

The Regency community was developed with distinctive floor plans ranging in size from about 2,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Home plans offered two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, owner’s suites on the main floor. Second floor options with loft, bedroom bath, and walk-in attic were also available, as was a small number of basement lot homes.
