Welcome to Bull Point!
The more a person has looked
into the alternatives for living
here in Coastal Carolina, the
more pleasantly surprised they
seem to be at the schedule of Dues & Fees they
find here at Bull Point.
Of course, we start with a tremendous advantage.
We decided long ago that with more than 30
golf courses in the area there was no call to build
one of our own. The benefits of that decision
extend beyond our residents’ balance sheets and
include the added serenity they enjoy within their
community.
And the variety of other activities and amenities
Bull Point provides is in no way diminished by the
absence of a golf course. In fact, the availability
and the standards we meet for fishing, boating,
kayaking, hiking, biking, fitness and health are
first-class in every way.
Our 6,500 square foot Clubhouse testifies to
this commitment, with its tennis courts, outdoor
swimming pool, fitness center and library, and its
sunset views of Huspah Creek.

cost it carries with it:
In Harmony
Beauty &
Accessibility
The gratitude and respect
we have for the beauty that
surrounds us at Bull Point
prompts us to ensure that it
endures. Like other coastal communities we have an
Architectural Review Board.
It’s not hard to harmonize here because Nature and
heritage call the tune. Generations have responded
to this coastal beauty with their own visions of how
best to enjoy it, and in doing so a lot was learned
about what works. So, standards are clear, not
rigid, and not at all unexpected. In fact you’ll find
us focused on the results more than on the ways of
arriving there.
You’ll find neighbors who have taken this path
ahead of you and are more than willing to ease
the way for you, too. And master builders who are
familiar with the ways in these parts, and who can
smooth the way even further.
We’re happy to chat as early as you like. Just
give a call.
A Rare
Beauty
In a region known for its beauty, where the tides
and the shores caress so tenderly that you wonder
how anybody ever drew a coastline; in a place where
progress came so slowly that Nature and good sense
ruled; where few things have to be restored or rebuilt, because they were
never abandoned – in a place like that Bull Point still stops people in their
tracks with its beauty.
So many Bull Point residents made up their minds to live here the moment
they came to the forest crossroads that it’s a wonder nobody has tried to
give a name to that spot. That wouldn’t be our way. We just let it be. The
beauty of Bull Point is like that.
Yet even though a sense of privacy – even seclusion – is part of what we
enjoy, Bull Point has a miraculous quality of being nearer than it looks.
Almost equidistant from Charleston and Savannah, two of America’s
cities most admired for their own beauty, Bull Point enjoys the advantage
of their international airports, as well as their treasures of art and
architecture. One of our residents who still consults says he can be in
lower Manhattan for breakfast or Los Angeles for lunch.
Most city-dwellers travel longer to their stores and healthcare and
professional resources than we do here at Bull Point, because we’re
just down the road from Beaufort, an historic town that attracted highly
qualified resources of every kind. Beaufort’s authentic atmosphere, its
University campus, its culture of seaport sophistication, and its Navy and
Marine Corps heritage made it a magnet for people you’re glad to know,
and services you’re glad to have handy.
The result of these unusual circumstances is that Bull Point
may be the closest place you ever saw for feeling far away,
embraced by natural beauty.
