Dear Potential New Owners of 1457 Edgerton Street,

We have loved this home - it has held memories of our children's first steps and family gatherings, and given us the chance to take advantage of city living with a quiet, residential setting. Daily walks to the playground nearby, biking down the street to the gateway trail leading to Lake Phalen park, or parties on our deck and patio - we wish we could take this home with us!

Our family has loved staying in the guest suite with a full private bathroom, and we so easily transformed the half-story room into a magical bedroom and play-land for our toddler. We have put love into this place that has been the home we hoped for, adding finishing touches to what was a lovely home when we got it - adding new flooring to the entire basement, painting every room inside and every wall and fence outside, and turning the yard into a fun and inviting outdoor living space.

Our best hope is that another family can find a make a home here as much as we have! We hope you can make our home into yours.
