The Village at Crown Colony is kept pristine. I consider the complex a “blue ribbon” winner for overall quality and day to day management.
The complex houses 100 units and as such there always seems to be a few units available in the complex. The majority of the complex unit owners occupy their own properties. There are very few rentals in the complex.
People enjoy the complex simply due to the fact that it looks very much like a small New England village. These town homes are the closest feeling to a single family home without all of the headaches of owning a home. Some of the attributes that attract people to the complex are the interior fireplaces, garages, and decks. These are things found in single family homes and more and more condo owners are looking for these as well. Units are generally over 1500 square feet in size. These are as large as the average single family home in the area.
