Andrew Livingston is the Owner of Freedom Realty Group, a veteran-owned Colorado real estate brokerage specializing in helping sellers save money with full-service representation. He created the $5K Listing Advantage, a flat-fee home selling program that gives clients professional marketing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and transaction support for a simple $5,000 listing fee.

Known for transparency, responsiveness, and results-driven service, Andrew helps homeowners across Colorado sell with confidence while keeping more of their hard-earned equity. If you want expert real estate guidance without the traditional high commission model, Andrew and Freedom Realty Group offer full service, flat fee, and more freedom.
