We're looking for just the right person to share our home.

Would you enjoy sharing a luxury house in the Cupertino/Los Altos
foothills with 3 (male and female) professionals in their late 20's
to mid 60's, and their friendly dogs? The room can be furnished
or not (your choice).

The house is quite roomy: ~3000 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 and
a half bathrooms on 3 levels.  It includes a living room,
family room, formal dining room, all beautifully furnished.
It has a gourmet kitchen, 3-car garage, indoor laundry room,
and ~1/3 of an acre overlooking the hills and valley. The back
yard has a rose garden, new landscaping, and a mature nectarine
tree. The house is owner-occupied and professionally managed
and maintained.

There is central AC upstairs, central heat throughout, wifi,
cable TV, and a cleaning team (all included in rent).

The house includes a beautifully remodeled shared bathroom,
large washer & dryer, cement floored storeroom in addition to
the 3 car garage.

The property is adjacent to Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve.
It has easy access to bike and hiking trails through Stevens Canyon
and Montebello Ridge.  Despite its rural setting, it's only 1/2
mile from highway 280, about 20 minutes from companies in N. San Jose, 6 minutes from Apple in Cupertino, 20 minutes from Stanford, and 15 minutes from Santa Clara or Mountain View. It's 1.8 miles from
De Anza College and 10 minutes from Foothill College. There’s a bus
route around the corner; the house has several extra bicycles.
