Nestor Gasset was born in Havana Cuba. Escaping Fidel Castro’s coming regime he remembers as a young child hearing bombs blasting all around him on the way to the airport to fly to Miami. Katerina is a first generation born American. She was born of maternal parentage who were exiled from Latvia under Stalin’s regime. Her mother, grandparents and great-grandparents immigrated to the U.S. right after WWII. She has a lot of experience in cultural diversity living in many different countries around the world.
