Welcome to the Kennedy Court Neighborhood!

Eight years ago, after searching high and low, the opportunity to purchase this model home came up. We have created and shared with friends and family countless memories in this home, including getting engaged and bringing home our adopted rescue dog, Teddy! The expansive upper level has served us well in hosting out of town family that frequently visit.

We love the location of our home. It provides us easy access to downtown Minneapolis where we work, we can bike to the MN River Valley trails, and there are countless area amenities within walking and driving distance, including Mall of America. The convenience of having these, along with great restaurants, a grocery store, and additional nearby parks, has been amazing!

We have really lucked out with having great neighbors and know you will enjoy them as well! It is a very peaceful community to live in. We have spent many summer nights sitting on our back patio relaxing and having friends over to BBQ.

We are sad to leave after all the great memories we have shared in this home. We hope you love this home and create many fond memories just like we have.
