Demuth Park -Located South and East of Downtown Palm Springs Demuth Park is a neighborhood of medium sized home son slightly smaller lots. Homes in this neighborhood were mainly built between the 1950s and the 1970's.  There are, on the west side of the neighborhood a few larger homes built in the 1990's and 2000's. There is a big park located to the south with playgrounds and sports fields. The YMCA of Palm Springs is also located on the western edge of the park. Also located within the neighborhood is a large elementary school.
