This unit has a $6000 transfer fee which must be paid to the park owner at closing.
Per the lease, you can have friends and family use the unit but you cannot rent it out.
Max 2 animals per unit. Battery powered gas carts allowed. Park is open full time year round for your enjoyment.
Park Model RV's are not considered to be real property in the state of NC so you do not pay property taxes like you would on a stick built home. Park Model RV's are titled by the Division of Motor Vehicles and you pay an annual personal property tax.
