1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

The bright dining room/sunroom overlooking the large yard with beautiful trees and lilac that line the property.

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

The light that streams through the home is unmatched.  
The half story provide tons of options, playroom, guestroom, office space, gym, or even make it the master bedroom
The super clean basement has plenty of space for storage and room for a music studio or theater room.  Space to build out another bedroom and bath.

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

Summer BBQs on the spacious deck
Watching football games out in the three season porch as the leaves on the maple tree start to turn
Hosting holiday and birthday parties
Bird watching.  Red Cardinals, love to stop by and say hello.  

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

Girard park is just a short walk with a walking path around the marsh.  When I first moved in a encountered a young deer on this path.
Gyropolis is just a few minutes away and the perfect place for a quick lunch or dinner.  
Penn lake library has a wonderful kids area for learning and playing.  

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

I love the dining/sunroom so much light!!
I love the original wood floors!
The half story is such a great space!
