Inside, you’ll immediately notice the high vaulted ceilings throughout the unit including the bedroom which give it a spacious feeling.   Vinyl flooring in the LR and bathrooms and carpet in the bedroom.  Two large white storage closets in the living room separated by a cushioned seating area with storage underneath. A half bath is conveniently located next to the closets. Programmable digital thermostat so you can control the temperature remotely via an app on your phone.  

White GE appliances in the kitchen.  The bedroom has a queen mattress and is a "lift bed" meaning there's full storage underneath.  Side cabinets and built in night stands next to the bed.  2 full closets with drawers underneath for storage and shelves in between for electronics.  Right outside the bedroom is a large utility closet, pantry and door leading to the deck.  The main bath has a tub/shower combination and 2 storage cabinets in addition to the one below the vanity and a medicine chest. There are no lofts or washer/dryer in this unit.

Due to the popularity of the Boardwalk RV Park, many people want to live here, however, there are never any empty lots available to rent.  For those wanting a newer unit with all the latest bells and whistles, the solution is simple. Buy this unit, trade it in or sell it outright and then purchase the RV you’ve always wanted and set it up on this lot.  99% of the time, the cost will actually be less than what some older models are currently selling for in this park plus you get to own the unit of your dreams that you designed according to your own personal needs and tastes.  What could be better than that?

The 2025 lot rent is $6700 annually and has been paid through 12/31/25 so you won’t owe any lot rent until then.   The $6,000 transfer fee due and payable to the park owner on the day the lot lease transfers.

Lot lease includes basic cable through Spectrum, maintenance of the security gates and common areas and use of the trash dumpsters. 

Per the Boardwalk RV Park Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out or sublease the unit.   Max two animals allowed.  Battery powered golf carts allowed.

Park Model RV's are not considered to be real property in the state of NC so you do not pay property taxes like you would on a stick built home.  Park Model RV's are titled by the Division of Motor Vehicles and you pay an annual personal property tax.  The real estate taxes on the lot are paid by the park owner and your lot rent helps pay those taxes.
