And this goes double if you're half way across the country! Next to communication, technology comes in a close second. I want the transaction to run as smoothly as possible for buyer and seller client andI incorporate technology into my strategy whenever possible. Electronic signing is standard - A huge convenience to all buyers and sellers, particularly those who don't have reliable access to a computer and rely on hand held devices.

My #1 goal is to do a good job for my clients. By combining a personal approach with the latest and best in technology my clients get the best of both worlds.
