He was laughing because he remembered the day one of the spigots outside froze over and burst. I called him, had the water shut off, and we met at the house. He had to crawl into the crawl space that was muddy and cold and forgot his wrench. He was surprised when I crawled under to hand it to him. After we both crawled out he noticed that I was covered in mud from my arms down, and he told me that it was that moment when he said to himself, Ok I have a whole lot of respect for this REALTOR and she really has our back. Thank you Ernest! I smile when I remember that day, and how COLD it was!
