1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

*The style of home is exactly what we love. Mutli level and open concept.  The large backyard we really loved. Being of course that it was new construction when we bought really put things into perspective and the kitchen. LOVE the kitchen. It's so user friendly and open and you can store so many things while keeping the counter space. Very important for someone who loves to cook. Another thing that not a lot of people think about is the location. It is so very centrally located to each major highway/interstate. That has been a HUGE asset because of work as well as just regular commute. We get places fairly quick. And tend to avoid a lot of major traffic. One interstate will take you all the way to Seattle Washington. Pretty cool!

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

*Personally, just the open concept and the flow of the house and being the year it was built can't compare to what is around. Especially in a neighborhood that was built in the late 80's we have the diamond in a rough essentially and it has been a topic of conversation every time we are out walking. We have numerous people come up to us and rant and rave. People have even pulled into our driveway, got out of their car just to tell us how much they love our home and how beautiful the curb appeal is. 

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

*Can't think of any unique activities, but things we like to do for fun in the home would be to watch movies w the surround sound up and enjoy a bowl a popcorn. During the winter, with the fireplace on. It's so cozy. Being outside in the fall and even summer evenings with a glass of wine is amazing. It's very peaceful and quiet. 

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

*TiCup right down the street is AWESOME. Best bubble tea. Having Planet Fitness right down the road is a huge help, as well as another one right in Crystal which isn't far either.  So no excuse not to exercise. We also like that there is a park right down the road with a trail to walk on that is super nice and feels secluded. It's also a quick 7-8 minute drive to Maple Grove which has awesome shopping, Costco, Aldi, Menards etc. So many things to do, yet still so close to home. 

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

*WOW. It's beautiful. I just love it. You guys are so lucky and for your first home. We have never had someone come to the home and NOT say something great the minute they walk in. Some have actually been jealous...which is fine with us. We are happy to be proud of our home, and we love to show it off when possible. We worked very hard to get it as well as maintain it. It's a beautiful home and will make another family very lucky.
