Santa Fe Hills is Community comprised of 405 beautiful homes tucked away in the charming, seaside community of Solana Beach. It is located along the northern coast of San Diego County, and is minutes south of Encinitas and approximately 30 minutes North of downtown San Diego.

Some of the unique community features of Solana Beach Schools, is their school system. Solana Beach schools are broken up into smaller grade group, for example Solana Vista has grades K-3, Skyline is grades 4-6, Earl Warren is 7-8 and then the high school is the San Dieguito Unified School District which comprised of Four High Schools: Canyon Crest Academy , Torrey Pines High School, San Dieguito Academy and La Costa Canyon.

One of the things that are most enjoyed by the Santa Fe Hills residents is the San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve it is a 915 acre-reserve. Eight trails that provide hiking opportunities, running, bird watching, photography. San Elijo Lagoon is one of the largest coastal wetlands in San Diego. Many of the homes in Santa Fe Hills have view of this beautiful reserve.
San Dieguito Park is 125 park located on the Border of Del Mar and Solana Beach and its home to the Miracle Field a fully accessible baseball field that accommodates children and adults with special needs. It offers a variety of recreational activities, such as playgrounds, exercise stations and a basketball court, pavilions, a wedding gazebo, large open lawn areas, picnic areas and BBQ’s for the community to use.
Lomas Santa Fe Country Club is landscaped on the beautiful rolling hills of Solana Beach. It has a 72 par championship layout golf course designed by William Bell. In addition to its 56 par, 18 hole executive course designed by Robert Trent. The executive course is one of the best executive courses in San Diego. You will enjoy the beautiful ocean views and undulating fairways and manicured greens. The country club also has great amenities such as Tennis Courts, Pool and Restaurants.
