Sean holds the designations of (CIPS) Certified International Property Specialist, (CRS) Council of Residential Specialists held by only 3% of all REALTORS®, (ILHM) Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert and (IMSD) Internet Marketing Specialist Designation. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Guild comprised of a select group of ILHM members who have sold numerous million-dollar-plus properties. He is also a board member of the Multiple Listing Service & Business Technology committee at Bay East Association of REALTORS®.
