1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

·       Location, location, location.  Easy access to highways, shopping.  Also, being located directly across the street from the park.

·       Also, being on a corner lot allowed for more yard & the brick wall in the kitchen was unique and appealed to me.

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

·       Many of the homes in the association only offer 2 bedrooms, while ours has 3.

·       Location, location, location – being right across the street from the park and being on an end unit with more yard.

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

·       The kids have a big, open play area right in their backyard.  Each winter we build a sled run right in our backyard.

·       We are an active family, so we play tennis, soccer, golf and play on the playground that is located right across the street.

·       We have family get-togethers in the summer as we have a large deck and shade trees.

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

·       We love the park across the street and spend a lot of time there.

·       Lake Alimagnet is just down the street, so we bike over there and play on the playground, bike, and watch baseball often.  There is also a dog park there where we’ve taken our dog.

·       Shopping and movie theater within a 5 minute drive. 

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

·       They like the brick wall in the kitchen/dining area, they like our large deck, and they like the large yard in the back.

6.  Tell me about the perennial plants you have in the yard and/or any other outside features you love.

·       I have planted my favorite plants – stargazer lilies and day lilies in the yard.  There are also some other perennials providing a lot of color during the summer months.

·       There are also hostas planted around the house.
