1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

The main level of the house. I love how much natural light there is. I especially love the two living rooms. It’s been great to be able to have a formal living room and one that’s dedicated to the kids/family time. It’s great for entertaining. You can get a bit of the open floor plan feel without having your kitchen on display (which is most likely a mess from hosting).

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

Once again the main level. It’s been perfect for entertaining. I also love the little bits of character but yet it’s modern and neutral enough to go with most decor styles.

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

We set up an obstacle course that ran the entire length of the house for the kids.

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

Walking to Phalen, restaurants on Payne, a few playgrounds nearby.

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

House is cute, lots of living rooms.
