Before heading up the stairs to the bedroom level, don't miss the main level powder room, tucked away at the base of the stairs. It's one of the conveniences anyone searching for a townhouse should demand, a bathroom on every level. (The basement has s a powder room too.)
The master suite sits on the family room side of the townhouse, taking in that tree line view. A tray ceiling gives a little bit of architectural interest to a very large room. Here you find an over sized walk-in closet and attached luxury bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and separate shower.
Crossing the upper level hall, you pass another convenience across from the second full bathroom---an upper level laundry room. No more hauling clothes down and back up flights of stairs! Beyond these features, two secondary bedrooms, both eleven by twelve feet in size.

This home is by far my favorite townhouse floor plan, which is called a Fairmont by Beazer Homes. Get out and see it before some lucky buyer snatches it up.
