Leeza Morris was an excellent realtor to work with. She is very professional, honest, and truly a joy to work with. My husband and I were eager to sell our home after sitting on the market the year prior for several months. We never thought that we would be able to sell our home, but Leeza gave us the confidence to make it happen. She brought in a team of stagers and a lovely photographer, and I know that made the difference this time! Our home was staged yet functional for a family of 3 with one on the way, and the pictures looked 10X better than the previous 'for sale' photos that had been taken before. Once the house went on the market, we had A LOT of foot traffic, spending most of the weekends and weeknights out of our house. We were happy to make that small sacrifice in order to sell though. We received a full asking price offer, and after negotiations we were in contract. Everything moved along as expected with few hiccups (which Leeza walked us through), and we just closed on our home yesterday evening. We are just so thrilled to be moving onto the next chapter in our lives in our new home (we relocated) and with a new family member (due any day now). I can't begin to describe the experience we had with Leeza. She is the most amazing realtor we have ever had. We unfortunately had to short sale our home due to relocation reasons and a nightmare experience with renting. Leeza was there for us and we essentially didn't have to stress at all. Review Here A few words to describe Leeza: professional, personable, thoughtful, insightful, pre-emptive, and most importantly: an empathic sense of what we wanted having spent time with us to find out what we truly wanted through our decisions and reactions. We approached this as first time buyers here in the United States and I contacted her purely on the basis of her glowing reviews here on Zillow. She picked up the phone the first time I called her and from that point through to closing, she was *always* available day or night by phone, text, email, whatever was most convenient for us. Her communication skills are second to none. By virtue of the minimal experience of the realty process here in the United States, we relied heavily on Leeza for advice and counsel as we navigated our way through the market to our eventual goal. I can count on one hand the times when she didn't have an immediate answer to often very complex problems and situations, and when she didn't, she always followed through quickly and transparently. Her extensive use of the latest technology also helps her in this regard. On a personal level, we were all very comfortable with Leeza as a family, felt that we could trust her implicitly. Her long standing relationships with other agents due to her mature presence in the market made sure negotiations went well, and we always felt that having her on our side was the best decision we made when we began house hunting. Honestly, I cannot recommend her enough. There isn't a single piece of constructive criticism I can give her; truly I felt she always went above and beyond. Leeza is excellent as both a buyer's and seller's agent. On the buying side, she negotiated with a difficult seller and got us the house at a great price. Her negotiation skills got us the house for about $15k less than we were expecting to have to pay. She also had to do a lot of follow up work to ensure that the contract was finalized and the repairs we negotiated were completed. She communicated constantly with us throughout the process and did a great job. The seller was a bit difficult to say the least, and Leeza's persistence and constant attention to detail were a major factor in us getting a good deal where others might have let the transaction fall through. On the selling side, Leeza sold our house in about a month and a half. She did thorough comps and priced it accurately for the market. She had great stagers and photographers come in to make sure the house looked good online, and we had many showings during the time it was on the market. Once we got an initial offer, Leeza's negotiation skills again came into play and the buyer quickly moved from a lowball offer up to the price we were expecting, and we got the two transactions closed pretty much simultaneously which is remarkable considering that we put the offer on the new house at the same time we put our old house on the market. I absolutely recommend Leeza without reservation. She is top-notch.
