Ideal location with access to great schools, parks, airport, and shopping.

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

The deck, living in a tree house, lots of natural light, neighborhood friendliness, original mid-century duct grates and switch plates, red oak narrow wood floors throughout living levels, original mid-century tile work in baths. Large black-top pad for RV or cars off alley. 

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

Built fires in wood burning fireplace, established perennial gardens, entertained, kitchen designed for baking and ease of cooking

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

Walk to Minnehaha Creek and Lake Harriet. The ability to be lose yourself in nature while still being in the city doesn’t seem possible – but it is, and it is amazing. Also, the restaurant options within walking distance are fantasci:  Red Wagon, Colita, Book Club, Prima, George & the Dragon, El Jefe, the Malt Shop … and so many more.

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

Wow, look at that deck. Love the wood floors, really nice kitchen
