Dennis has 35 Years in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing along with 26 Years Experience as a Full Time Realtor; Selling to Individuals, Families, First Time Buyers and Sophisticated Clientele, from Residential to Apartment Buildings. Sunshine, also a licensed Real Estate Agent and has 30 years of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing experience. She coordinates our customer service and marketing, an unbeatable combination.

We are certified "Covid19 Safe". We have earned the ABR Designation (Accredited Buyers Rep), the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Designation. CPE (Certified Probate Experrt). CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Specialist) and SFR (Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource) designations for buyers and sellers interested in or concerned about Short Sales or Foreclosure.
