This community was built
by Epcon Communities between 2008 and 2015. The attached villas were
designed to give each home a single-family look and feel.
The community was
developed with nine distinctive floor plans ranging in size from about 1100
square feet to over 2800 square feet. The main floors of these floor plans
included two bedrooms or two bedrooms plus a den. A number of the homes were built
with a second floor with a bonus/bedroom and bathroom, and a very few were
