The bedroom at the rear of the unit has a queen size mattress, headboard, built in nightstands and wall mounted TV.  Wall unit with two closets to hang clothes in addition to a built in set of drawers below and between the closets.  Put the bed on risers to double the underbed storage area.

 

Upstairs, there are two lofts divided by a set of stairs for privacy.  Each loft has a queen size mattress.   Window AC unit ensures comfortable sleeping on balmy summer nights.

 

All exterior and interior furnishings seen in the pictures convey with the unit with the exception of the glass bottles in the front window and a few other small decorative items.

 

$6600 annual lot rent has been paid through 12/31/24 so you won’t have to pay any lot rent till then.  $6000 transfer fee payable to the park owner is due the day the lot lease transfers.

 

Lot lease includes basic cable, use of the trash dumpsters and maintenance of the common areas and security gates.  Per the Boardwalk RV Park Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out or sublease the unit.   Max two animals allowed.  Dogs can’t weight over 90 lbs.  Battery powered golf carts allowed. Unlike many RV parks on the island, the Boardwalk RV Park is open year round for your enjoyment!  Onsite park manager.
