1.  What compelled you to buy THIS house?

• Location: Close to everything! Downtown is 10 minutes away, 50th and France is under 10 minutes away, Excelsior and Grand is just down Excelsior, four grocery stores (and Target!) are within ~a mile radius, and we can easily hop on 100 to get wherever we need to go in the city. 
• The kitchen: Not many St. Louis Park starter homes have this large of a kitchen.
• Updated bathrooms.
• Fenced-in yard for the pup. 
• Extra basement storage!

2.  What is it about this house that makes it better than other homes?  What can other homes not match?

• Corner lot (neighbors on only one side) with driveway access from 42nd (no need to drive down an alley).
• Large kitchen (for the type of house/area) --  So much counter space!
• Nice finished basement with new bathroom and gas fireplace. It's a nice, cozy place to spend cold Minnesota winter nights!
• Three mature trees make for a lot of nice shade in the summer.

3.  What unique activities did you do in this house?

• We hosted Friendsgiving with 17 people -- room to entertain!
• We had our first child here -- great home to start a family in/for younger families.

4.  What have been your favorite activities to do / places to visit in the neighborhood and surrounding areas?

• Browndale Park is just a couple blocks away. Known for it's great sledding hill in the winter!
• Bunny's! Our favorite local restaurant to dine-in/take-out. We eat/order from here weekly!
• We also (pre-pandemic) frequented the restaurants along 50th and France often. 
• Steel Toe Brewery and Copper Wing Distillery are fun spots for drinks with friends and are only ~a mile away.

5.  What do people say when they come here to visit you?

• "Such a cute house!"
• "This kitchen is huge!"
• Great location/neighborhood -- easy to get to  
• Overnight guests like the privacy with their own bedroom and bathroom in the basement
