Also required is a credit check ($35 per adult) and rental history, income history and personal references. No Section 8. Pets allowed only on a case by case basis with an extra deposit. Required income must be at least 3 times the rent.

**Security deposit is subject to change based on application screening process. Security Deposit may be increased for addition of any pets.
