Midway Meadows is community of 220 + residents, located at Midway Road between Frankford and George Bush (I-190) Freeway in North Dallas Texas.

If you would like to connect with your neighborhood, and have not already paid for your membership dues, please take this time to contribute $100 to our association, showing pride in your neighborhood.

How are the MMVHOA funds spent?
• The care and maintenance of the common areas.
• Capital improvements, such as the recent addition of new “Crime Watch” signs, improved lighting at the Midway Meadows entrance, and the landscaping of the Rodale entrance.
• Any additional funds, if available, will be spent on additional improvements in the neighborhood.
Midway Meadows is close to Shops at Willow Bend in Plano, TX.  The inspiration for the mall comes from the movement in design and turn-of-the-20th century architecture to "prairie-style."   These touches are obvious in the lush landscaping, soft lighting, rich wood, masonry, etched glass, cascading fountains, spacious parking garages, open walkways, and the comfortable and convenient seating.
