The 2024
lot rent is $6600 annually and has been paid through 12/31 so you won’t owe any
lot rent until then. The $5,000 transfer fee due and payable to the
park owner on the day the lot lease transfers.
Lot
lease includes basic cable through Spectrum, maintenance of the security gates
and common areas and use of the trash dumpsters.
Per the Boardwalk RV Park Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out or
sublease the unit. Max two animals allowed. Battery powered golf carts allowed. Unlike
many RV parks on the island, the Boardwalk RV Park is open year round for your
enjoyment! On site park manager.
Park Model RV's are not
considered to be real property in the state of NC so you do not pay property
taxes like you would on a stick built home. Park Model RV's are titled by
the Division of Motor Vehicles and you pay an annual personal property
tax. The real estate taxes on the lot are paid by the park owner and your
lot rent helps pay those taxes.
