Trash Information:
Recycle (blue barrel) = Monday
Garbage (green barrel) = Monday
All trash cans must be stored so as not to be visible from the street and/or neighboring properties.
Mailbox Keys:
The
association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The
previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. If
mailbox keys are lost you must contact an authorized US Postal Locksmith
Company.
Pool Hours / Keys:
Pool
Hours are 6am to 11pm. Each Owner should have a key to the pool area.
Lost keys may be replaced at a cost of $25.00. Owners should provide
their tenants with the pool key.
Gate Key / Transmitter:
Gate
Transmitters are available only to owners in the gated neighborhoods of
Tramonto. Only two remotes issued per lot. The Villages $45.00 / The
Estates $35.00.
Visitor Parking:
Street parking is prohitibed between the hours of Midnight and 5:00 a.m.
Assessment Due Date:
The Tramonto Master Association assessment is due Semi-Annually (Jan 1st and July 1st).
Assessment Late Date:
The Tramonto Master Association assessment payment is late on the 15th of the month it is due.
Assessment Late Fee:
The Tramonto Master Association late fee is $29.40 each.

Additional Comments specific to property:
The
Property Owner must provide the commencement date and expiration date
of the lease. The Property Owner is responsible for providing their
tenant with the governing documents including the Rules and
Regulations of the Association.
To
report a street light outage, please contact APS at 602-371-6767. You
will need to provide the number located on the light pole.
Architectural Requirements:
No
addition, alteration or improvement within a Unit or within any Limited
Common Element allocated to the exclusive use of a Unit, whether
structural or not, which would be visible from the exterior of the Unit
shall be made without the prior written approval of the Architectural
Review Committee. Please review the governing documents prior to
submitting for architectural changes.
