The 2026 lot rent is $6300 and has been paid through 12/31/26.  $5000 transfer fee payable to the park owner is due the day the lot lease transfers.

Per the Boardwalk RV Park Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out the unit.

Lot lease includes Brightspeed internet, use of the trash dumpsters and maintenance of the common areas and security gates. 

Battery powered golf carts and animals are allowed.  Max 2 dogs per unit not weighing over 90 lbs.

There are no insurance requirements per the lease other than a mandatory $300,000 liability policy.

Park Model RV's are titled by the NC Division of Motor Vehicles and are considered to be personal property, not real property, therefore, you can’t get a mortgage like you would for a stick built home.   There are some financial institutions and credit unions that offer RV or unsecured loans, however, none of them offer 100% financing.  No seller financing or rent to own.
