is $6000, however, it has already been paid by the seller and they are not

Lot rent includes basic cable through Spectrum, maintenance of the
common areas and security gates and use of the trash dumpsters.
This
unit has a $4000 transfer fee which is payable to the park owner when the lot
lease transfers.
Park
Model RV's are not considered to be real property in the state of NC so you do
not pay property taxes like you would on a stick built home. Park Model
RV's are titled by the Division of Motor Vehicles and you pay an annual personal property tax.
Per the Boardwalk RV Park
Lease you are NOT allowed to rent out the unit. Friends and family are
allowed to use the unit but it can not be rented.
Animals are allowed.
Max 2 dogs per unit. The park is
open year round and there is an onsite park manager. Electric golf carts allowed.
