The pool deck and backyard are landscaped with faux turf grass and beach sand, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized memory foam bed (soft, but firm) bed, and the fourth is ideal for children with two twin-sized beds.

The heart of the home is its expansive, open-concept kitchen and living area with top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar seating four, and a large Smart TV with cable. Board games are provided for indoor entertainment, and a nearby half bathroom adds convenience. Accessible from both the kitchen and living room, the balcony overlooks the pool and bay, inviting guests to enjoy the stunning views.

The expansive balcony features an outdoor dining table with seating for up to 10, a foosball table, and additional plush seating, making it a perfect spot for basking in the picturesque Keys' sunsets with friends and family.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. All pets need the property manager's approval before the reservation can be finalized.
