Nestor Gasset, President, Owner and Broker of International Properties & Investments Inc., is a leader in the real estate industry. He is a licensed broker in the state of Florida with extensive knowledge in luxury estates, equestrian properties and ranches, probate, trusts and bankruptcies, foreclosures, REO dispositions, short sale negotiations, commercial and land assemblages as well as foreign buyers. Prior to opening his own brokerage Nestor Gasset was a top selling and listing agent at Re/Max, Continental Properties and Keller Williams.

Nestor Gasset was born in Havana Cuba. Escaping Fidel Castro’s coming regime he remembers as a young child hearing bombs blasting all around him on the way to the airport to fly to Miami. International Properties and Investments Inc is a minority Hispanic owned business and a small business disadvantaged business. This was not an intentional platform but rather evolved after Katerina Gasset was able to get International Properties & Investments Inc to own page one on Google for specific keyword searches put in by buyers and sellers.

Katerina is a first generation born American. She was born of maternal parentage who were exiled from Latvia under Stalin’s regime. Her mother, grandparents and great-grandparents immigrated to the U.S. right after WWII. She has a lot of experience in cultural diversity living in many different countries around the world.
