You're just seconds away from being out on the open ocean! Off street parking is included in the front of the home with room for your boat trailer though parking can be tight in Little Venice.

The outdoor area of this home really stands out with plenty of dockage for your boat as well as stairs leading down to the canal for easy launching of kayaks and paddleboards. Relax around the private pool with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a book or a cocktail while soaking up some Florida Keys sunshine. With up to 150ft of dockage this home is suitable for up to 2 boats.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was newly remodeled with a chic, nautical theme to suit all of your vacation needs. The interior of the home is bright and airy with natural lighting throughout. The living room features large sliding glass doors that overlook the canal and let in an abundant amount of brilliant sunshine. Cook up your catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen; stocked with all pots, pans, and dishware you need to prepare a world class meal right from the comfort of home. Cozy up on the benches at the dining room table or spread out and enjoy use of the additional bar seating. There's plenty of room for everyone!

The Master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and ensuite Master bathroom. The laundry room is attached to this room behind sliding barn doors as well for your convenience. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom also is furnished with a Queen sized bed while the fourth bedroom features a Full sized bunk bed. In the living room you'll find a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. The living room TV is on is the only TV with cable. All other TVs have pins for owner's Amazon accounts and other apps but you may use your own if you have. Wifi is available throughout the home. There is a large, third hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower located adjacent to the third and fourth rooms. 

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee a bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

Everything about this house is comfortable, clean, and attractive. The (heated ) pool and landscaping are beautiful, with comfortable furniture for lounging in the sun. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the hosts are generous with basic supplies. The beds and bedding are comfortable, with good quality sheets and pillows, and the bathrooms are well-supplied with comfortable, full-sized towels (not those crappy thin things you find in some rentals). Look in the laundry room for a nice stack of beach towels and enjoy your stay!"
