LEASE REQUIREMENTS - Lease Duration: SHORT TERM RENTAL, OFF SEASON ONLY 4.5 months only, Non Renewable, as the owners use the house during Spring/Summer - Available only from Dec 15th, 2023 - April 25th, 2024 +/- Seasonal Rental only! - No more than 2 people only, as the house is on a 2 bedroom septic system - Minimum Credit Score is: 735 - Income must be 4x times the rental amount - Must have 2 years in current occupation - Debt to income ratio does not exceed 25% - No Bankruptcies, Collections, in last 5 years - No Evictions in last 5 years (or as per City/State guidelines, for Corona Virus) - 1st Month's Rent $2250 + Security Damage Deposit $2250 + Last Month's rent of $2250 - Utilities and internet are extra as per tenant use - Water/Septic/Garbage + Electric + High Speed Internet - Must personally view interior/exterior of house before submitting an application. - We won't rent the house, unless viewed personally by the applicants - Must have Lawful Verifiable Income that can come from sources, other than Employment - Credit/References, Income Verification Fee: $48: Paid to 3rd Party. Was rent paid on time, would your last 2 housing providers rent to you again? - Small Pets may be possible on a case by case basis, Max 2 pets w/non refundable pet deposit - No smoking Allowed - Laundry: Free Washer and Dryer are included - Property Type: Single Family House - Housing Providers can use the house 1 day per month during your stay, on an an agreed upon day. - Housing Providers are Licensed Real Estate Brokers in the State of Washington.
