Qualification standards: 

o Proof of income - minimum is 3x the rent monthly gross income ($48,600/yr) (or 4x the rent if more than one applicant)

o Consistent job history - 1 yr. min. at current job preferred, less than 1 yr. may be considered w/ additional deposit

o Reputable rental history (will need to provide references)

o Recommended credit score minimum 600 (no rental disputes, evictions, outstanding utility bills, etc.)

o No criminal history

Credit and background check must be completed after meeting pre-screening standards (each adult planning to reside in house must complete application).  Application fee is non-refundable.
