The area also features a gas grill and a charcoal grill for versatile outdoor cooking. For convenience, there is plenty of parking with space for four or more vehicles and designated boat trailer parking. Relax by the pool on the numerous lounge chairs, or gather around the picnic table and chairs for meals and socializing surrounded by the lushly landscaped backyard which provides a tropical feel to your time spent outdoors. This outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, providing everything you need for a memorable stay.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

••• Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras, but none on the interior.
