Application: fill out the entire application completely and legibly (be sure to sign it!) An individual application is required for every person over 18 years of age or over who will be living in this property. Return the completed application to our office during normal business hours (9am to 4pm) and leave with receptionist, or scan and email to [email protected]. 2. Proof of income: Current copies of your last 2 pay stubs. If self employed, 2 years tax returns plus financial statements for the last quarter. 3. Application fee: $25 cash, cashier’s check, personal check paid to PROPERTY OWNER, 2170 AVY per application. The $25 application fee is required for every person 18 years or over who fills out an application and who will be living in the property. This fee is non-refundable once we process your application. This application and fee do not guarantee approval. If you qualify based on credit history, references and income, we will contact you to arrange an appointment to bring in the Security Deposit in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. At the time of this appointment we will arrange a time to sign the lease.
